Vietnamese street food got the Comet treatment and honestly? We're not mad about it. A favorite recipe by our cook, Carrie, features crispy fried pork belly, crunchy cucumber, tangy pickled carrots and red onions, spicy jalapeños, and a handful of fresh cilantro and mint. All tucked into a hoagie roll and topped with cilantro crema because sometimes fusion just works.

VEGAN Sandwich

Lentil Meatball Bomber

Italian comfort food, but make it plant-based. Our house-made lentil meatballs get smothered in marinara and melted vegan provolone, all piled into a hoagie roll that's basically a warm hug. Served with your choice of side because we're not monsters.

Broccoli Cheddar

Creamy, cheesy, and completely vegan—bet you didn't see that coming. Puréed broccoli and Yukon potatoes get cozy with onions, vegan cheddar, and vegan sour cream. Topped with roasted broccoli florets and red pepper flakes for a little kick. It's comfort in a bowl.

Eggplant finally getting the respect it deserves all thanks to a recipe from our cook, Beau! Seared until golden and tender, served on a bed of roasted red pepper purée, topped with a bright herb salad and finished with balsamic. It's warming, it's elegant, it's the side dish that steals the show.
