Here at Comet we pride ourselves on being a place for all. All people, all diets, all backgrounds. While we’ve worked to make sure our daily menu reflects that, we love providing space for our culinary team to flex their creativity. So this month, we’re presenting our seafood-forward specials… FOR ALL!

 

Sandwich

Baja Fish Sandwich

Slightly sweet, slightly spicy, slightly tangy.

While you typically see this combination with a tortilla as a vessel, we decided to skip the taco and go straight for what we do best: make it a SANDWICH.

Palm Royale

According to our chef, Bri, you can almost anything can be marinated to taste like… anything. For this lobster roll vegan alternative, we used heart of palm (the edible inner core of certain palm trees) and marinated it in nori (seaweed) to give it the distinctive fishy taste, sans fish!

Vegan Krab Cake

Chef Carson has done it again in their flexing their fancy pants entrée muscles. After updating the bring for our Vegan Fish Fry and creating last month’s entrée special, they’ve come up with a fresh, crispy, and delicious dish to compliment our fish-forward theme for the month of July! Available daily 3p - 9p ONLY!

Three pan-fried cakes, made with marinated artichokes, chickpeas, red pepper, panko, with a blend of herbs and spices. Served on a bed of mixed greens tossed in a lemon basil vinaigrette, topped with remoulade and mustard greens.
